Satisfaction. Guaranteed. We understand the importance of the right product and the right fit. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund the item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Credits will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction. Bicycles must be returned to the Trek retail location that assembled it.
